Police: 1 dead, 1 injured in crash on Benjamin Franklin Parkway
1 killed, 1 injured in crash on Ben Franklin Parkway at 20th Street and the Parkway near the Franklin Institute.
A 19-year-old man was shot and killed inside a Mount Oliver apartment building overnight. 911 was called to the building in the 1700 block of Arlington Avenue
Police on scene confirm this was a double shooting. One victim died on scene - the second was flown to the hospital. Condition unknown.
