A woman in her 80s has died in a rowhome fire that brought dozens of firefighters to Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood Wednesday morning
Philadelphia Police responded for a person with a gun, on the 23XX block of East Hagert Street, in the 26th District. A 30-year-old female suffered gunshot wounds to the chest and left arm. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced dead the victim on the scene at 12:15 a.m. The scene was held, no weapon was recovered, and no arrest at this time. The investigation is active and ongoing with Homicide Detectives.
Philadelphia Police responded for a shooting, on the 20XX block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue, in the 22nd District. A 24-year-old male suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, back and left arm. Philadelphia Housing Authority Police transported the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was placed in critical condition.

A 30-year-old male sustained a laceration to the head and right shoulder during a physical altercation with the offender. PFD-Medic Unit took the victim to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was placed in stable condition.

PFD-Medic Unit transported the male to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 3:15 a.m. The scene was secured, no weapon was recovered, and no arrest at this time. There were (11) 9mm FCC’s recovered from the scene.
