1 year agoTwo people shot on the platform at the SEPTA Snyder St station (Broad St line - northbound). A woman was shot in the leg just after 9:30pm. A man was shot in the back. Philadelphia police say they arrested one man with a gun nearby

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw was involved in a crash at 15th & Race. The commissioner was a passenger in the vehicle when it happened. She was seen talking with fellow officers shortly after. No info available yet on how it happened
