3 years agoRing video catches the moments after a man was shot in Plum Borough. This is several houses away from where the shooting happened on Emerald Drive. The victim can be heard asking for help & says his girlfriend shot him
3 years ago police were called to Kerr Avenue around the same time the Emerald Drive shooting happened. The two are only minutes from each other. Minutes ago, detectives still on scene sped away to Kerr Ave. Two ambulances are here along with heavy police presence
