2 year agoFrom earlier: investigators on scene in North Philly. 5 people shot, at least 24 bullets fired. 2 in custody. Nearby neighbor told @KYWNewsradio he's used to shootings happening, tonight he "didn't get panicky" & "stayed on the floor until the shooting stopped
