Man wanted in double shooting barricades self inside North Philadelphia home
Police say a barricade was declared in North Philadelphia after officers observed a suspect run into a home following a shooting that hospitalized two people on Saturday night
Investigators said officers later observed the suspect run into a building on the 2800 block of 22nd Street and barricade himself:
Raheem Bell, 27, was shot during a carjacking last spring near his home on the 1400 block of East Cheltenham Avenue. Now, he is trying to help his community
An initial investigation found that the child was playing with the firearm when it went off and tragically struck the young boy
