2 years ago 2/2 Kristie Manago lived nearby on Chester Ave & just happened to be in small customer area waiting for her order when the two other young victims came in to order. She was hit once in shoulder&killed. The 19 & 20 yr olds @PhillyPolice were targeted & shot multiple times
