He Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a double shooting that occurred early Sunday morning in North Philadelphia.
Officers responded to a radio call for a report of gunshots at approximately 2:01 AM on the 3100 block of Judson Street. Upon arrival, they located a crime scene consisting of blood and fired cartridge casings. Shortly after, two shooting victims arrived at Albert Einstein Medical Center by private vehicle.
