10 months agoOn Monday, June 17, 2024, at 2:05 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a person with a weapon, on the 29XX block of Kensington Avenue, in the 24th District. A 40-year-old black male suffered a stab wound to the right side of the abdomen. PFD-Medic Unit took him to Temple University Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
10 months ago A 17-year-old black male suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg. Police took him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was placed in stable condition. An additional crime scene was located on the 57XX block of Media Street. The male is being held as a prisoner, a weapon was recovered and the scene was secured. The investigation is active and ongoing with Shooting Investigation Group.
