3 months agoPhiladelphia Police responded to a person with a gun, on the 18XX block of Wakeling Street, in the 15th District. A 26-year-old male was located lying on the highway with multiple gunshot wounds throughout the body. Police transported the victim to Temple University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries at 10:40 a.m. The victim was later identified as Parris Hall.
3 months agoPhiladelphia Police responded to a person with a gun, on the 3XX block of West Upsal Street, in the 14th District. The offender was driving another vehicle when he fired his weapon at the victim who was driving in her vehicle. The offender fled the scene in his vehicle.
3 months ago Septa Police responded to an assault on Septa bus, on the 2XX block of North 3rd Street, in the 9th District. A 39-year-old male was involved in a verbal altercation with the offender on the bus. The offender used a box cutter; causing laceration to the victim left side of the head. PFD-Medic Unit transported the victim to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was placed in stable condition. The offender was arrested by police at 2nd and Wood Street.

3 months ago Man and woman shot and killed inside of a vehicle in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, December 26, 2024. A double homicide occurred at 700 Union Street at approximately 10:03 PM, Thursday evening. The victims, a man and woman were shot multiple times and were both pronounced dead. Currently, no motive has been identified, no weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made according to the Philadelphia Police Department. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
