5 months agoStabbing incident at 5300 Walnut St. inside the dining room at 9:42 AM. A 30-year-old Asian male sustained a single stab wound to the left side of his neck. He was transported by Medic 9 to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, in stable condition. A 22-year-old female is in custody for further investigation. The scene is secured, and a pair of scissors has been recovered. The motive is unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing with Southwest Detectives.
5 months agoShooting incident at 54xx Harlan Street at 10:09 AM. Inside the location, an adult Black male was shot twice in the right leg. Police transported him to Penn- Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition. The scene is secured, but no arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered.

A black 2024 black BMW X4 was traveling eastbound on the Platt Bridge when the operator lost control of the vehicle and flipped over into the westbound lanes, making contact with 2014 black Toyota Camry.

PFD-Medic Unit transported the victim to Roxborough Memorial Hospital, where she was placed in stable condition.
6 months ago Fatal auto versus pedestrian incident occurred on the 66XX block of Regent Street, in the 12th District. The driver of the Saturn SUV was attempting to back down a one way street when she lost control of the vehicle sending it into a tailspin. The vehicle then struck the pedestrian who was standing on the sidewalk. The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries from the impact.
